Citable demand research
Named, dated snapshots of cross-border demand โ published quarterly, free to cite with attribution. Every figure links to the live page it comes from.
What each snapshot contains
- Top source markets per corridor. Which buyer nationalities are forming intent for a given city and property type, as a buying stage โ Ready to buy, Near-purchase or Researching โ with the top three published per corridor.
- Movement, not just position. Which corridors gained or lost ground since the previous quarter, so a trend can be reported rather than a snapshot alone.
- A live source for every figure. Each finding links to the page it came from, so a reader can check the number rather than take it on trust.
- A fixed date. A release is a dated artifact. The live pages keep moving; the cited figure does not change under a published article.
Each snapshot draws on the same live coverage as the platform: 61 destinations with live demand boards out of 63 we track, refreshed daily against every source market in the model.
What these numbers are, and what they are not
They are modelled estimates of prospective demand, built by a proprietary model over aggregated public signals. They are not transaction records, and they are not sourced from, affiliated with or endorsed by any government authority or land registry. They describe markets, never individuals: no buyer personal data is held or published.
Where official transaction records exist for a destination, we check our rankings against them. That is four destinations today, and we say so on the page rather than implying it everywhere.
How to cite
Attribution is required and the wording is on each release. For the current one: "PropScient Data Intelligence (propscient.com), PropScient Cross-Border Demand Snapshot โ Q3 2026, 2026-07-27."
No permission or licence fee is needed for editorial use with that attribution. Re-publishing a full ranked ladder is a different matter โ the ordered corridors beyond the published top three are the commercial product.
Cadence
One release per quarter, dated on publication and left unchanged afterwards. Between releases the live pages carry the current picture, refreshed daily.
