What this page is

Each of the licences above asks to be acknowledged. This page is that acknowledgement, and it covers every place the underlying data contributes to something we publish or show.

How the data is used

Registry data is used to calibrate and check our forecasts. It is not the forecast itself: the model reads live demand signals, and registry records are how we test whether what it predicted actually happened. Figures shown in the product are aggregates — medians and shares computed across many transactions — never individual records.

We do not store or publish the names of buyers, sellers or property owners, and we do not publish individual transactions. We rank markets, not people.

Not affiliated or endorsed

PropScient is an independent company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any land registry, government department or agency named on this page. Any error in our analysis is ours, not theirs.

Corrections
