What is a Market Demand Index (MDI)?
The Market Demand Index is PropScient's proprietary 0–100 composite that ranks each buyer nationality's purchase intent for a given city and property type. Its proprietary algorithm combines a live country-demand backbone (search intent, social signals, FX purchasing power, news, travel demand and wealth indicators) with each nationality's city fit and property-type fit. It stays transparent about which signals are live versus evidence-modeled.
How does PropScient rank real-estate buyer demand?
PropScient ingests aggregated live signals: search-demand volumes, social signals, currency and purchasing-power trends, travel demand, news intensity, and wealth indicators. Can PropScient learn from our own campaign data?

An automated PII firewall removes any personal identifiers before processing, and the data calibrates that customer’s demand intelligence and lead scoring. No personal data is required or stored.
