Why We're Now PropScient Data Intelligence

Real estate marketing still mostly runs on guesswork. A campaign launches against a broad audience, or against whatever the last quarterly report said, and only months later does anyone find out which buyers were actually forming intent to purchase. By then the budget is spent.

The gap between reporting and demand

Reports describe what already happened. Portals show who is already searching on their own platform. In-house teams see only their own pipeline. None of that tells a marketing team where demand is building right now, before it shows up as a lead, a search, or a transaction.

What we built

PropScient Data Intelligence reads live demand signals, aggregated and anonymized, across every source market it covers, and ranks which buyer nationalities are most likely to purchase, for a given city and property type. The goal is simple: put the targeting decision at the planning stage, not after the campaign has already run.

New name, same mission

The platform is the same one developers, brokerages and marketing teams have been using. The name now matches what it actually does: PropScient Data Intelligence. Know who buys next.

PropScient Data Intelligence produces modelled prospect-demand estimates from aggregated, anonymized signals. Rankings reflect measured search and related intent, not closed transactions, and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any government authority.
