About PropScient Data Intelligence

We tell real-estate developers, brokerages and marketing teams which international buyers to target, in which city, for which property type, and when. Before that demand shows up in listings and transactions.

What we do

PropScient reads live, aggregated demand signals (search intent, currency and purchasing power, travel demand, news and sentiment, wealth flows, social momentum) and turns them into a daily Market Demand Index: a 0–100 modelled score for every buyer nationality, city and property type we cover. On top of that sit the working tools: prospect rankings, demand forecasts, campaign planning, and lead-list scoring.

What we are not

We are not a property portal and we sell no property. We hold no individual buyer profiles: everything is modelled from aggregated, anonymized market signals. Our figures are prospect-demand estimates, not transaction records, and we say so on every page. We are also not affiliated with any similarly named property listings or research business, including propscience.com, which is an unrelated company.
